My entree selection was the Salmon Steak which was good.

Appetizers - was the Cheddar Hush  Puppies - although I tasted very little cheddar they were still pretty good.

My desert was the Vanilla Bourbon Pecan Pie -  I was a little taken aback by the small size but the pie itself had a very good taste!!  Theodis said that the ribs were good.  He did not care for the sauces and he felt that the rub was very bland.  Overall we would  give Chicago Que 2stars.

This is my take on the our dinner selection at Chicago Q.
My entree was q2 - ribs,  pulled chicken and Poblano Cheddar cornbread, enjoyed everything I ordered and the cornbread was the bomb.  Appetizer - Fried Green Tomatoes - they were extremely large, not soft enough but they were tasty  Mike ordered q3- ribs, chicken sausage, pulled chicken and a side of mashed potatoes.  Mike said his food was cold but it was good, it wasn't enough elbow room and we give Chicago Q 3 stars. Carol

Lori and I shared the Caesar Salad and the Competition Baby Back Ribs. I enjoyed the salad and the ribs. I'm not a big BBQ sauce person so I didn't try the sauces. I had cornbread instead of the coleslaw. I really enjoyed the meal but our waiter was slow.com and he couldn't seem to get our final bill together. I'll give Chicago Q 3 stars!!!! Good Pick Fred and Sandra!!!!!

For an appetizer, I had the Caesar salad. It was good, but it could have used a tad bit more dressing. For the main entrée, I had the Competition Baby Back Ribs, which were very tender and falling off the bone. I appreciated the selection of sauces, although I favored the Original Mild. I was disappointed with the coleslaw; it was dry. I felt service was a little slow even when I take into consideration our party size and the crowdedness of a Saturday night. I would give Chicago Q two stars.

We both got the Q2 entree with fries and cole slaw.  The cole slaw was extremely dry and the fries require more seasoning.  But, we did enjoy the pull chicken & St. Louis ribs. The vibe of the restaurant was nice just a little tight.
Chris and Yvonne give the Q  restaurant 3 stars.

The appetizer BBq Flight- Kobe Brisket, Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken along with the spicy mustard sauce was good.
Darlene had the Q2 Pulled Chicken and a half slab of Baby Back Ribs which was good.  The Mac and cheese was better than she expected.  I also had the Q2 but chose the Beef Brisket and a half slab of Baby Back Ribs, the ribs were so tender the meat fail off the bones. Great! The bq sauce was good although I have had better.  We both agree the Mac n cheese was good my Mac n cheese is better, the cole slaw, TERRIBLE!!  My drink was the Bear Hug, it truly warm the blood.  The Chicago Q was a little tight you had to squeeze through people to get around.   We would definitely go back.
Darlene said the location was great for her.

I would give Chicago Q 2.5 stars
Our appetizer of wings was good even without the sauce.  I had the Q2 for my entree (half slab of Baby Back Ribs & Pulled Pork), Ribs were good and seasoned. The Pulled Pork was lacking seasoning and needed sauce for any type of flavoring and was a bit dry.  Kim had the Pulled Pork sandwich which was also dry and lacking seasoning/flavor
The Mac & Cheese was good, the cole-slaw was bad (dry, no flavor)  The mixed drinks were great!
